My wife and I made our first visit here today after a not-too-pleasant experience with our normal shop, and I don't think we've ever been more impressed with a business! Brent bent over backwards to make sure we had the best experience we could imagine. Flavors are incredible, and prices are out of this world! As a gamer, I love the atmosphere as well. Definitely worth the 30 min. drive across town (I understand some people drive up from Dallas every couple weeks, and now I see why!). Needless to say, we won't be going anywhere else. Umbrella is truly infectious!

A really good friend and a wise man turned me onto Umbrella Vapor Corp and his good friend Brent. He also once said there are four keys to being highly successful in sales and business. 1. An elite and superior product 2. Products priced fairly & affordably 3. A knowledgeable staff that provides excellent customer service 4. An easygoing, laid back environment in which customers don't even feel like they are stopping That is the recipe for success. Brent and his staff make sure they nail all four points every single time. Do yourself a favor and start getting all your products from here, if you don't already. Trust me, you will thank me.

I enjoy shopping here. The people that work here really like to see you. I haven't had a dissapointing visit yet. They really aim to please and serve. I go out of my way sometimes just to say hello. The lounge is well lit, the couches are comfortable, the employees are knowledgeable about all the products.

My favorite vape shop! High quality everything including customer service! I have dealt with the owner, manager and every employee. I go in there regularly and will not go anywhere else, they take care of me! Last week I went in to get juice and coils( ended up buying a new vape and this week another) but I have severe back issues and now an ankle issue and I’m wearing a boot. When I went in I was in a hurry, they were swamped but took time for me and even helped me out to my vehicle!! So thankful for quality products and customer service!!
