I have long-standing, consistently positive experiences with this company. The people are warm and very professional. When my husband was Pc'd to Fort Bliss, I had such difficulties finding a good E-liquid shop with comparable pricing and good quality juices. They were willing to maintain our business relationship by mailing my paid purchases to me! That meant so much when I was so far away from home. I would recommend this company to anyone I know!

Terrific customer service! Good daily specials. The juice is great - wide variety and custom or premium options. They sell everything you need & if they don't have it in the store they will get it! They offer sale & clearance items. They accept orders by phone & ship. Store management gets an A+++!

I came in earlier today for a brand new vape for my husband at 12:59. I was return to the store to return the unit because my husband has change his mind on the vape and has found his old vape. The lady who sold the unit to me did not inform that the unit and any item are not returnable or exchangeable. I was really disappointed that piece of the information was not informed and the lady who helped me when I returned to the store was not very nice in the way she was talking to me. I was asking for help on the smok's website that she told me to go to enable to return the item. I was asking her of where to go and pretty much told me to leave because she has other customers to take care of. Nicely done. It just disappoint me that the important information like store policy was not noted on the receipt or in the store.

This is the only vape shop I use. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their prices are competitive and they have a good selection of products.
