Not happy with my purchase. I paid $100 for CBD oil that has 1000mg and it has nothing but vapor juice. Either the company didn't put it in there or its false advertising.

Needed a new tank. Bought one here and within the hour I knew it wasn't what I needed. Returned to the store and was told "no refund/exchange". I wish I would have know that as I would have shopped elsewhere where the policy of at least an exchange is the norm in order to take care of the customer. So much for the claim on your FB page about having the best customer service around. Discussion with a customer, qualifying their needs, providing options that are available (instead of just selling them something to make the sale) are examples of customer service. YOU FAILED. I shopped here before, as a matter of fact, bought a few salt lamps for gifts, but my last visit is now my final visit to this business. And Mr. Owner, don't bother to respond to this post. I don't need a patronizing response as you have done to others. I don't want to read it. And NO, you don't get a second chance. YOU failed due to your policies, your employee erred but YOU failed. You just lost about a $125/year customer that also shares good and poor purchasing experiences with others. Yours will be poor.

My first experience with this place was with some lazy employee that didn't care about customers. We spent over 200 bucks there and she couldn't even act like she wanted our business. We talked to the owner and she apologized. We did see a change in staff as well and for a time it was great, we've referred all our friends here. Then here recently, we brought in an old coupon with no expiration date and the employee decided to tell us he wouldn't accept the coupons after that day. Then when we tried to use our reward cash to get a coil, he judged our decision and said we were wasting our points by not saving to get juice. We've since come here less since we live closer to a vape store that doesn't have employee issues.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! ITS THE ONLY VAPE STORE I WILL GO TO NOW. THEY HAVE A HUGE SELECTION OF JUICES AND THEY KNOW WHAT I LIKE SO THEY KNOW WHAT TO SUGGEST WHEN I WANT TO TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT. THIS IS THE ONLY STORE AROUND THAT ALWAYS CARRIES BOTH KINDS OF COILS I USE. LOVE THAT THEY ARE OPEN LATE. YOU GET REWARDS POINTS WHICH ADD UP QUICK AND THERES HAPPY HOUR AND THEIR PRICES ARE REALLY GOOD SO EVERY TIME I GO IN I GET A GOOD DEAL. THE OWNER AND HER DAUGHTER ASHLEY ARE AWESOME. I LOVE THIS STORE AND I ALWAYS SEND ALL MY FRIENDS THERE. 4 1/2 YEARS CIGARETTE FREE. THANK YOU INTAKE!! LOVE YOU GUYS!!
