Second Review: There is more than one Cleito tank out there. I just needed to know which one I bought from you guys so I could figure out which coils to order, because I don't have transportation atm. I don't care about ohms. I put it in layman's terms for her. I'm literally looking at aspire Cleito coils online that don't look anything like mine. I needed to know which coils I was buying there or which tank I bought. She told me which ohms to get instead of listening to what I was asking for. I don't have time to explain this to someone whose job it is to know this. I asked a second time but she still didn't get it. I thanked her & said goodbye. Annoyed that I had to empty my tank to take the only coil i have out because she was trying to rush me off the phone. As someone who works in customer service, I know she can do better. Listen to your customer & if you don't know the answer, don't pretend you do. LISTEN! You might actually know the right answer but give the wrong one if you don't take time to listen. First Review: I have never had a problem here. 30 day guarantee, they guarantee their juice, happy hour, red bottle refill, and if they don't have what you need they will tell you where to get it. Their prices are comparable to buying online. I bought cbd for the first time after asking them about it. It worked miracles for my fibromyalgia. Unlikely I will ever trust another vape shop more than 18 Gauge. (5 stars)
