I like that they have lots of options for liquids & they are fda approved. However, the first time I went in there, just to buy a charger, the girl ended up selling me a new unit. I'm not happy with what she sold me & I didn't get the charger. That is my fault for being happy about the upgrade so I forgot but the pen doesn't have a good hit & gets hot too quickly that it shuts off. You can't return them. Also, they are not that helpful. They act like you should know what you're doing & want. Their website isn't useful either.
