This place is a rip-off. It gets 1 star because giving it no stars isn't an option. I went there because of reviews and my friend recommended it. They have a limited selection of liquid, they charge you $1 for trying liquids, and they are way overpriced. The only special they have for new members is 10-15% off rigs. I bought a bottle of Charlie's Chalk Dust liquid for $31.00 because I didn't think the place I normally go had that flavor. After visiting Avail on Talmadge, I went to to Vapors (where I have been 3 times) which is right around the corner on Monroe. The same bottle of liquid I purchased at Avail was $24.99 and was even on sale as a part of their June sale for $18.99. Not only was the liquid cheaper, the rigs at Vapors were cheaper as well, plus new customers get 30% off their whole first purchase not just a rig. I went back to Avail to give them a second chance, since they have signs everywhere saying they will beat any price. The store manager told me that is was just on rigs and not on liquid and can't give any sort of refund. I'm alright with that because it is a good liquid and it was only a $12 difference, but the fact that he tried to defend the prices by saying that Avail manufactures Charlie's Chalk Dust and the prices are more because they have to pay chemists 6 figure salaries. That wouldn't make sense why Avails competitors could sell Avail liquids cheaper. My friend was looking for a new rig at Avail and I convinced him to wait. We went to Avail and he spent $120.00 on a new rig, 2 top draw tanks, and 2 bottles of liquid for $160 which since he was a new customer he got it all for $120. His cost at Avail would have been $200 with no discount. On a side note: Their Avail brand liquids are not as good as Vapors brand and they don't nearly have as many flavors. Conclusion: Avail has nothing to bring to the table compared Vapors. my friend, who I took to Vapors with me, after selling me on Avail said he will also never return to Avail. I would suggest avoiding this place and head to Vapors on Monroe which has FREE unlimited tasting, more flavors, and cheaper prices. Disclaimer: I do not work nor do I promote for Vapors. I've only been to Avail, Word of Mouth, and Vapors to buy liquid and rigs. Vapors is the best across the board.

Love this store! The people that work there are always really polite and helpful! If I have any questions there willing to help! They have great prices! I love that they have testers for all their juices and it's only $1 for unlimited tasting which also gives me a great discount on product! I recommend this place to everyone I know! Will be returning when I need anything for my vaping needs!

This place is amazing! I highly recommend it to all of my friends. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. Any time i need something, they always have it! And can answer any and all questions i have. I definitely recommend!

Terrible place if your from Canada trying to purchase anything. They have policies in place that the only way you can purchase anything is with a passport. No other government ID is welcome (Canadian Enhancement drivers license) which is allowed across countries or anything else besides a passport. I am a 40 year old Male who could not get served. This to me is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. Please change the way you deal with customers outside of the country! This is not good business.......

Great experience at Avail Vapor . Lovely people, very knowledgeable and super friendly. Will definitely go back. The vest part is you are able to sample all the juice flavors before you buy. Thank you for being such great people.
