Going progressively downhill. This has long been the only local source for cigars convenient to my part of town. In the past, it has been fairly well stocked, and cigars seemed to be the main focus of their business. Now, it has given way to video poker machines, vapes and cheap cigarettes mostly. The "humidor" is no longer being properly maintained or managed. Today marked my second bad experience, and I will not be returning. The cigars are in complete disarray, most are mildewy, and the ones I bought were very dried out. It honestly doesn't look like they've added fresh inventory in months. Sad end to what used to be a viable shop. :(

Always pleased with the employees there, no matter who is working. And one of only a few places in and around Greensboro where I've been able to find Drum rolling tobacco. They even started to stock more ever since I'd come in one time and they were out.

This place has the most horrible customer service brought a ejuice tank for a vape pen only to get it home and black gunk comes out of it after I cleaned it I see the damn thing is coming all apart waste my time to take it back for a replacement or money back. They guy just cleaned again to say it is what it is no refund no exchange. So want be back and won't ever tell anyone to come there in my opinion this place is a waste / crap

Here is how this store is. It is a place that the customers know what they want. If you come in asking 50 questions the regulars will fuss and the employees care more for the people who spend $50-$500 on a weekly basis instead of someone who might buy $5-$10 on a vape/ecig item.

I have spent now well over$175$ on electric cigarettes and they work for three days and at first they helped me . Then everything changed I was blamed instead of the customer getting right I was told I was wrong and feel very insulted. I do not recommend anyone buy this product from them . Over priced pieces of junk

I believe the wife is prejudice, she is the only employee there, follows me in the Humidor and stares in my face through the mirror. All lives matter, including black lives, I will no longer support a business, that doesn't respect my blackness or treats me like a potential criminal.

This store has a good collection of Premium Cigars, pipe/cigarette tobacco, Swag, Hookha, lottery, and many types of tobacco accessories. Also, it includes a great Cigar Lounge, and a great location since it's beside Starbucks.
