I love this shop! They have a great selection for liquid and some are made locally in NC! I also love the selection on kits, tanks, mods, etc. they are always up to date and the newest and best! The customer service is unmatched at any other shop, they are very knowledgeable and kind and always willing to help! I love the clean professional atmosphere, it’s very comfortable and welcoming. Over all just a great shop and company. Dedicated to changing lives in a healthier way!

Really kind and informative atmosphere. I am new to the vaping world and I truly believe the staff went above and beyond to explain my device to me and the process in which they use to create their quality juices. Nicole and Grey are certainly not pushy salesman but they do assist you in gathering the products that you need to make sure your device is going to last. I'm unsure of all the previous reviews, my best guess would be new management and improved company policies. Whatever the case is, please continue doing what you're doing!

I went in today, 2018/07/14, and the two ladys that were in there today were horrifically rude. I walked in and not a word was said to me till I finally walked to the register, in which they finally asked me, rudely, “is there something you’re looking for” and they were extremely rude to my wife and her sister that followed me in and weren’t there for any reason, I was the only one who wanted to buy. And when I bought the juice and walked out along with my wife and her sister, nothing was said to us. Such horrible customer service. The first time I went in, with the assistant manager there it was amazing. He was nice and talkative, and answered every single question with the fullness of his abilities. He was amazing and that is why I returned. But with those two lady’s there from my experience today, I will not be returning.

I have been an Avail customer for a long time and am very satisfied with their products and customer service. I primarily went to the store on Wendover where I was frequently helped by Justin. Justin has been my main point of contact for about a year. He always goes above and beyond to assist Avail customers. If there was ever a product temporarily out of stock, he would take time out of his busy work day to call and let me know when it was available. Justin explains how Avail products work and greets everyone with professionalism and a smile! Justin has recently moved to the Battleground store, and while it is much further from my home, I will only go to that location in order to continue working with him. Justin's expertise and personal investment in serving his customers is one of the main reasons I also refer all of my friends to him and Avail on Battleground.

Great friendly staff!! The store is very nice and has a great layout. Juice selection is great and if you sign up for the $1 lifetime membership you get to sample a multitude of juices before you buy. I didn't sample a single juice I didn't like!

Was not happy with the product. Explained to her that I couldn’t taste the juice. She went though the bag. Saw the juice I had and tried the vape herself she said she could taste the juice. Anybody could had said that if you know what juice I had. Also told her the vape made a odd noise she asked me questions, like was it the juice popping but it couldn’t have been it’s the pocket x very low watts and was a noise within the vape. I don’t feel safe using the vape I’m not going to use the vape. Waste of my money. She said it wasnt defected because she can taste the juice. Then claim I couldn’t taste the juice because my last mod was a high power it was the MVP4 that I used on 40-45 Watts. But I used many other low power watts and could taste the juice. She wasn’t trying to help me at all and I’m highly disappointed. Been with avail since 2013. I’m not going back.. customer service should always be first even tried to get me to buy a high power vape. If the current product wasn’t working and your not helping why would I Buy another mod with tank with the 40 I already lost... hope she happy. This is my very first review I had ever done ashame it had to be negative.
