They have a wide variety of juices and everything that goes along with vaping. Prices are reasonable but the employees are very pushy. Insisting you buy this or that when it isn't necessary. Refusing to sell certain mods they deem unfit to own, but still have on display.

Comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nice variety of vapes and vape juices. The tasting section is everything! Extremely satisfied for a first time customer experience..

I was there waiting for 13 mins wanting to get pachamama fuji apple, but the store only had one person on the floor, while there was four other people in the store trying to get their juice aswell, and so I didn't get any juice and left

Just had my first visit there today and I couldn't have been more impressed. Seriously, great service. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. The vibe in there is nice and the tasting bar is so ingenious. I believe the staff that helped me were Taj and CJ. Thanks guys, you have a returning customer!

Avail is the Best!!! The products and e-liquids are great. I’ve tried a lot of other places and they have a long way to go to ever be as good as Avail. The employees at North Point are awesome. They are kind, friendly and I feel at home when I go there. They know me by name and always know what I want. Thank you Avail.

Juices are WILDLY overpriced and low quality. Avail juices are way too sugary and wind up burning my coils out within hours. Not to mention you will pay 300% more than you need to for the product. When the store was contacted about their juices burning my coils immediately (3 in a row in 2 days), I was told "too bad". No compensation for the pack of coils wasted, or their TINY bottle of sugarjuice that ran me $30. This is after I've spent probably over $1000 at this location, so I'm not very pleased. "Rewards" system is a joke, so many hoops to jump through that the process becomes prohibitive. Vape hardware is high quality (not Avail products!), but again overpriced. In general, you're better served just shopping online.

Great selection, and quality, but way over priced. They even charge ($1, but still bizarre) to sample. I found their ejuice prices to be about double other shops.

I absolutely love coming in there, staff is always well mannered and very professional, both in looks and actions. I'm definitely one to return! Ben, Jared, and Harley are always welcoming. They know the flavors I like and are always willing to help me find new ones I like!
