I'm visiting from out of state. First off, the establishment is amazing. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. This is one of the finest Vape shops I have ever been to. I'll definitely come back every time I'm in town.

They are very knowledgeable and super nice. I had a ton of questions and they walked me through everything and made sure I new what I was doing and how every thing worked before I left. I was on my lunch break and took care of me very quickly. The owners are super awesome thank you! See you soon

Amazing staff and fantastic deals! They assisted me with everything I needed and as a new vapor user I was dumb as to what I needed and how to set everything up... They showed me everything I needed and were absolutely amazing!

I went in to buy a new tank, I picked the from the tanks the guy told me were compatible with my mod. I asked 3 times "are you sure this one will work" he reassured me all 3 times that it would work. I got it home and sure enough it didn't work. I called today and let the lady working know what had happened. She rudely told me I don't know what to tell you no exchanges and said I could talk to the owner tomorrow then laughed when she said they'll tell you the exact same thing.

I have been coming here for about 2 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. They are always willing to spend the time to explain something you don't understand to you. I have seen them deal with difficult customers and every time they have dealt with them appropriately. The only time I have seen someone leave angry is when they don't want to listen and are letting their frustration get the best of them.
