Love this vape shop. They really know their products. I found this shop after having a bad experience with a different place in town. They were able to help me find the problem and fixed it for free when they could have sold me a new one. I will keep coming here because of their honesty and great customer service. Juice is the best I've tried.

I use to swear by this shop!! I told everyone to go here since it opened. Well it seems I got burned bad I called the owner to let him know and he basically told me OH WELL and hung up on me! REALLY HOW RUDE!!! I will make sure everyone knows how rude and burned I was! I found an upgraded e cig for $50 dollars cheaper at another shop! I got an old version and paid over $105 and they told me it was on sale. Talk about ripping off their customers and they seem to not even care. Talk about poor customer service!!

Highly recommend the Cbd Shop for all cbd products. I use the cbd tincture 500mg and up for my migraines and anxiety. My Dad Uses cbd pain cream for pain, and I also use the tincture or Dog edibles for my dogs and it works Great!!!

The female employee I spoke with about a tincture was not very knowledgeable. Also I was very upset with the product. I paid $80 for a CBD tincture. She told me it was the best in all the CBD shops so I bought it. Now when I got home, I opened the bag and felt it was sort of sticky, when I took the bottle out I noticed she replaced the label. So I open the bottle to try it I noticed it was clear and light like water. It smelled like fragrance oil. I go over the next day, to return it and the man refuses to help me. He said all sales are final. I then went to the ultra health CBD shop and told them my situation and the manager told me they basically stole money from me.

The employee I spoke with was not very knowledgeable about how the tincture is processed and where they get the CBD. But he did mention they get the CBD he thinks from Amsredam and then they mix the oil in themselves. When I was paying I was told I'd be charged $2 for a paper receipt so I decided to send my receipt via email. I have not received my receipt via email yet! Not going to return. Bottom line Customers need to know if this is quality product sold with integrity.
