Helpful, knowledgeable, professional. One of the guys gave me 40 minutes of his time, showing me products and explaining what would be best for me, was really engaged and made me feel welcome. Prices are a little high, but better than any shop I've been to in Reno. Their inventory is also the best I've seen here. They also have a juice bar for samples which costs 50 cents for all-day use, abiding by FDA regulations but still attempting to keep it free. They even have a vaporizer for customers so you can sample juices even if you forgot yours at home. Highly recommend this store!
