DONT GO TO NV VAPOR.... the owners dont care! I sent the owners an email to tell them what happened to me and never got a response! There are plenty of other vape shops in the reno sparks area that care!!!!!!!!!

I've been to a lot of Vape stores in town and I feel confident saying that the Nevada Vapor by Smith's in Double Diamond is the best one! Nevada Vapor has great flavors, I have literally no idea what other reviews are talking about. They couldn't be more wrong. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! They remember me, remember my favorite flavors, and make fantastic suggestions for new flavors and mods. Because of their rewards program I haven't payed full price for a mod in like two years! I got a new fancy mod with lights all over it for like $20! I came in looking to spend my points and dude behind the couter was like "This Mod is the 'One'"! He was right, it's rad! 20/20 Overall! Would purchase "The One Mod to Rule Them All" again!

I can understand a lunch break but a whole hour and a half of waiting for someone to come back? Assistant manager was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering him. He responded to questions I had with sarcasm and 100% attitude. Made me feel like I was an idiot just for being in there. He had treated a couple other customers the same way, resulting in them leaving. I should have left sooner cause he just gave me more attitude. Should have just believed the other people when they said staff is extremely rude.

Everyone that works here is the most unenthusiastic, apathetic salesperson I've ever dealt with. You can tell they just don't want to be there and I feel like I'm pulling teeth when I have to deal with any of them. Bought a tank there one time that didn't work properly and took it back within two hours and would not swap it out even though it was the same employee and clearly the same product. Drive the extra few miles and go to the DD store instead.

Very nice place. Fairly good prices, knowledgeable staff, and good selection. Although most of the e-cig flavours are made by one company for the store, so mostly all the same manufacturer.

the employees are rude and act like they do not want to be there. i asked for a replacement tank for my mod and they did not have it i asked for a eta all i got was that it was going to be a hot minute we will call you and never got a call back worst customer service ever . i will not ever come here again
