If you vape, and want a nice atmosphere, this is definitely the place to go. Great prices on juice, good selection of mods and RDAs/Tanks, and helpful staff. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

I love this shop!! Awesome customer service, these dudes are a blast to talk to! Fabulous juice selections, picked up a new fav tonight, the Philip Rocke Honey Cream is super tasty, along with a new kit to replace my dying one. Prices are all on point. Definitely making this a destination whenever I need something.

Always a pleasure doing business with generation v. The staff there are very knowledgeable about their mods and products. If your new to vaping I recommend generation v. They wont steer you wrong.

Did not stand by their return policy, sold a defective vape mod and were very rude. we had the receipt and quoted store policy, and even with all of this evidence, the employees made no effort to remedy the situation. The employees need a lesson in humility, and need to know that customer service is key to success in any business. I advise others to take their business to another vape shop who actually puts customer service first.

Very clean place and very knowledgeable staff, I decided to quit smoking back before Thanksgiving and these guys took me in and before I bought anything they sat me down and talked to me about the pros and cons and what vaping is all about, and they are not out to just make a sale, they genuinely care about the customer and their needs. And I am a regular here!! 😎
