The employees are always ready to help and are very patient, even with someone as little knowledgeable as I am. Went in ready to spend too much because I thought I had a problem that couldn't be fixed - turns out it was just a silly mistake of mine that could easily be fixed! I wish I could remember his name but the staff member who helped me was wonderful, absolutely going back next time I want anything or need another replacement coil.

Ken did a wonderful job explaining everything to us. We bought a new mod because he showed us how much better this one is compared to the one we had. He was very helpful and didn't make us feel unknowledgeable.
