I stopped in on a whim due to an issue I was having with a device from another store. The cousin of the store's owner was immediately helpful & personable. I ended up leaving with a bunch of stuff to try! Definitely my new main vape store.

I got charged an extra 25 on my credit card. I didn't get a receipt and felt kind of funny. I just called my cc company and they said I had a balance of 65 for 40 dollars worth of stuff. They just lost a good customer!

I went in Saturday desperately in need of a new coil. It was my first time in the store. David's service was excellent! Also, he is very knowledgeable on which E-liquids should and should not be used, which is so important to me. I have been sold my share of nauseating junk from various retailers in the past and I will not go back to them! As long as I am vaping, I will get my product from KC Smokz. Thanks, David!

There were several reasons why this was a negative experience: - It's overpriced, I purchased a Juul for around $55 for a Juul starter kit when it can be found at Quick Trip for $35 (I did not know this at the time) - Immediately after I purchased the Juul I noticed it wouldn't hold the pod correctly, so I always had to push the pod down to hit it. - The pod kit it came with included a pod that was broken so the first time I hit it, it leaked and got into my mouth and that was disgusting. - I understand why they don't allow returns, but not even exchanges? It's not my fault I got a damaged/broken kit. I will not be returning here for any of my smoking-related needs.

The people that work at KC SmokZ are not only exceptionally knowledgeable on every single product they sell, but they provide customer service above and beyond any other head shop in the Kansas City area. The staff is very personable and are there to consult you and make sure you are buying the right product that’s fits your wants and needs. I won’t go anywhere else for any glass pieces or vapes, as they are cheaper and better quality than their neighbor competitors on broadway.

KC Smokz Smoke Shop, 3957 Broadway Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64111. They have the best service! (A lot of the surrounding shops have been very disappointing). We've been coming here for almost a year. Completely know their craft and have never sold me or my wife Joanna, a bad product. Jake is awesome and so was the new lovely girl with the blonde hair, all of you to be exact.
