I’ll echo what others have said - friendly staff, great selection at a wide range of price points, comfortable lounge with good tv’s you can see from any seat, excellent ventilation. They’ve also got a good selection of pipe tobaccos and they even had a charging cord for my phone. I’d really have to reach to think of a way to improve things here. They obviously know their customers and put a lot of thought into creating this place.

What up Nickster the Hipster! Haha Hello again! Here's my story to the world on Fidel's: So there I was...in Kansas City, MO for work, but work was over and it was fun time. KCMO is my former boss' home town, so I just HAD to bring him back an excellent quality cigar, right? We found Fidel's and immediately after walking in, met Nick. Nick is awesome - and fun. I described my former boss (quality guy, but not snobby) and Nick went to work....asking questions, making suggestions, educating me on the world of cigars. Ended up with a quality one that he even packed up in it's own little suitcase for my flight back home. I gave it to my former boss over lunch when I got back home and both he and his wife were very impressed. Goal achieved. Thanks again Nick : )

Stopped by today while traveling through KC. I bought three of their own hand rolled cigars. Enjoying the first right now. An excellent smoke. Great flavor, slow burning, and has not needed to be relit. Wish I had purchased a dozen. Do yourself a favor and purchase some for yourself. You will be glad you did.
