Great Staff, they definitely know what they are talking about when it comes to what you need help with. Lots of different flavors of liquid, good prices on them as well. I would suggest this shop over the one located in uptown, its a lot more quiet and not as busy.

Never had a bad experience here. When I first started vaping I went here and knew nothing, they answered all my questions and helped me pick out what was best for me. Their reward program is pretty great too. Another great experience is my friend went there having issues with his vape and while they were helping him they accidentally knocked over his 30ml of juice and gave him a free 60ml replacement. 5/5 satisfaction and customer service!

I have been coming her on and off for a couple years, most always they have provided excellent service. Background, normally I go alone. Tonight my husband and I went together to try some juice out. The guy working asked to see my husbands I.D. My husband did not have his i.d as I drove there. The guy behind the counter told my husband he needed to go stand outside. I have never, ever been to a store and been treated so poorly. Another note, there was a child in the store about 10 years old and that was o.k. I will never ever go back. You suck, you are rude. Just lost a customer. If i could give you a negative star, I would. Also, we are both over 40 years old.
