Best local smoke shop in town. Known wally the owner for years and he's always polite to speak With When you can catch him. Highly recommend his establishments, top tier no doubt.

Hideaway outlet is my favorite headshop in the greater twin cities area! I've never seen a place with a wider selection of smoking/vaping products and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. When you walk in, it's a little bit overwhelming due to the selection but in my experience, there has always been a staff member that has offered to help me find what I need. I definitely recommend hideaway outlet!

I’m confused on these reviews. Im not a big smoker. I smoke cigars. I came in looking to purchase a hookah for my guest for my outdoor entertainment space. I found the staff not to be knowledgeable at all. Especially one of the girls. Her favorite response was, “I don’t know.” I asked very simple questions, like does the size of the hookah make a difference? Does the metal frame versus cast iron frame make a difference? I purchased a few flavors and they all taste like nothing, just smoke. I called back and said that I was having issues and the same girl said that she doesn’t know what she can do. How about bring it in and check it out? I will trash this one and just stick to cigars with my guest.

Very knowledgeable on the product. However I purchased a suorin drop and juice for $58 and when I got home it didn’t work. I called and they told me I need to contact the actual company for the warranty to have it fixed or replace. This was approximately 30 minutes after purchasing. Absolutely ridiculous.
