They convinced me to buy a grab bag. This bag was no doubt full of juice that wasn't selling on the shelf. Instead of some of their most popular flavors, i got the ones that needed to go, despite the employee telling me it would all be items on their shelves that had sold well before. Not a classy move

So i was vacationing in Saugatuck and my mod happened to die on me. Unfortunately there weren't any vapor shops near me so i had to drive about 30 minutes to Holland in order to pick up a new one. SO... to be proactive I decided to call ahead and find out if they had any mods that Did NOT require external batteries and fell into my price range. The lady who answered the phone told me of the mods they had that fit my criteria so i proceeded to drive there. Upon arriving she confirmed that i was the person that she spoke to on the phone and convinced me to purchase a particular model. After checking out and spending the only 80 dollars I had on me, I walked out to the car to realize that the device I purchased relied Solely on external batteries (something of which we earlier discussed was not in my interest). I walked back into the shop no longer than 60 seconds later only to discover that it was completely AGAINST their company policy to accept Any kind of returns (this was not mentioned at the time of purchase). She proposed selling me the batteries, but i had no more cash on me, for the rest of my money was at the hotel 30 minutes away... so I mentioned that i would have to drive 1 hour just to get enough money for the batteries that were needed to buy an ecig that She recommended after knowing my budget and knowing i wanted a mod without external batteries. Long story short: some Very stupid girl ruined my day. I wasted over an hour of my vacation, my wife and i got in a fight as a result, and I ended up hating humanity a little bit more than i usually do. Avoid this place at all costs. They are swindlers.

The person behind the counter had no earthly idea of even the most basic vape essentials. The employee seemed completely perplexed when I asked for ceramic tweezers...which are something you would think any vape store employee would be versed in. It honestly scares me that someone so clueless is working here, how can they help customers if they don't know even the basics? Please hire people who know what they are doing!!!

The girls working tonight were amazing!!! We are a middle aged couple who knew nothing about vaping. These ladies were super patient and helpful. I highly recommend Kalamazoo vapor!!!
