Freedom Smoke is a great place to come for juice, accessories, Vape kits, and just about everything that you would need. The staff is very good at helping you right away and even when they're busy they get to you when they can. Honestly some things are way overpriced and could be price down a little bit. When I walk in I feel welcomed and that I know that they're going to help me with what I need and there has not been a time where they have not been able to help me. One thing I do enjoy is that there is always a new flavor of the month every time I come in. Some are better than others but they're all pretty good juice. Employees are very polite to help you get in and get out very quick and they do the best to help you with everything that you need.

Extremely helpful and courteous. Needed a beauty ring for vapor stick and even though outdated bow they came up with a beauty. Fit great and does terrific. They let me have for free. Always fair prices and very helpful. Their juices and terrific. No assembly line junk. Guys help with anything and tasting is free no charge. Best Vapor store in West Michigan by far!:-D. Keep it up guys.

This is the best vape shop in Holland. Excellent Service and knowledgeable helpful staff. Best juice in town. Everybody should come here.

They should probably spend a bit more time on training their employees and keep (the apparent) owner as far away from the customers as possible. I was an unfortunate victim to this places ridiculous mark up after paying $75 for a vape kit I can find online for less than $35 (in the US). Only to later find out from an employee (who I was told was wrong...? Who the hell knows) that they are only $50. So when I go in to get refunded $25 I'm made out to be some kind of a**hole for daring to question them. The "owner" loudly exclaims "I love how they just walk right passed you. Not like I'm the one who built the damn place".... Congrats guy, but you come off as a gigantic prick, and I was looking for the guy who would remember our conversation from earlier. After building me up to be the dick in this situation the guy then decided to give me a $25 gift card and the battery I was going to purchase with the CASH I was overcharged... for a store I likely won't ever be going back to. What a bunch of elitist douche bags over there. If it's not them it's the employee that's likely blasted on meth that likes to recommend other flavors than the one you asked to try. Anyone who wants a $25 gift card feel free to email me. I won't be needing it. I guess my $25 battery will have to suffice.
