Outstanding guys working at this store. Had some “dumb” questions, and they were as helpful as could be. Never made me feel like the questions I asked were dumb. They asked about my juice preference, but were out of what’s tops in my rotation right now. However, based on my preference, they recommended 2 new juices to me. Both are fantastic.

friendly staff great juice I love there straw mellow and a new juice I recently tried called Betty is absolutely fantastic especially in my new matching Super Tank I end up going to Derby about once a week sometimes once every two weeks depending on how much stuff I buy when I go there

I was in the area building a new ACE hardware store. I broke the glass on my mod and this place was great. My husband usually changes out my coil, the glass if it breaks, ect. The gentlemen here installed my new glass and why I was there I bought a new coil which they installed also for me and I bought a bottle of juice to last me until I could get back to NC. They have a huge selection of juices and are great at helping to select a flavor. I would defiantly go back to these guys if I am ever back in Louisville Kentucky!

I absolutely love Derb. Their customer service is stellar, their juice bar is the best in the business, they know their stuff. I always go to the Outer Loop location. Its the ONLY shop I will go to. The manager of that location, Jordan is so friendly and nice. He knows me by name and is always so warm and welcoming. They continuously update their inventory with the latest mods, tanks, and juices and are very knowledgeable about all products they offer. I strongly recommend Derb to everyone. They are the BEST.

if you want good courteous customer service then I advise Derby City I have had them stay after hours for more than 2 hours to help me with an issue on more than one occasion. They have a very big variety of really good juices. I have spent a lot of money there and most of it has been well worth it I've gotten home with a couple of juices I really didn't care for but hey that's how it goes. Like I said if you want someone who will help you if your mod has an issue or your tank is leaking this is the place to go they're always eager to help. The first time I went there and bought my mod he stayed after two hours helping me get everything together I could not believe it I don't know anyone else that would do that especially when he was not getting paid for it. And again they have some really good juices. I would recommend this store to anyone. My only complaint is is they don't have enough mods Tucci's firm in my opinion but that's just my opinion I hate having to go down the street to Vapor lab to buy a mod I feel like I am being disloyal to Derby City because they are always good to me. But if I want a mod and they do not carry it I have no choice but to go elsewhere. I can't stand Vapor lab but one thing they do have is a huge selection in mods. Would recommend Derby City to anyone

Great Service! It had been a while since I had vaped (went back to cigarettes) and Sam was great and patient with showing me how to work my device, selecting liquid, and choosing the right nicotine level to replace cigarettes. I would highly recommend this shop.

I love all the derb location but I frequent the Middletown location. The staff is super friendly and it’s nice to just get some juice and talk with the staff. Also shout out to Sam for always having the Really Berry on hand for your boy!

This vape store is the best store i have ever been to. Justin Trail and Matt Marrell are very helpfull. They have been teaching me everything i need to know about my mod and how to clean and fix. I brought my broken mod in and they took a lot of time to fix it so i dont go back to cigs. The prices are amazing and the random discounts they send out thru texts and the customers save a lot of money. They treat you like family, and also have good movies and or games going. Its a very chill place and a good place to hang out.

This particular store, out of all of the Derb locations, has the best selection of juices and mods. The employees are very knowledgeable and never pushy or pretentious like some vape shops. I've become a loyal customer of this place when shopping at brick and mortar.
