If you value your privacy stay away from this place. They scan your license and offer no transparency about the information that is collected and stored. Age verification is easily done by viewing your license and there is no need need to collect the information contained on your license. It’s called data warehousing and data mining. I value my privacy and purchase vape liquid from other retailers that do not data mine and infringe upon my privacy.

This store and the employees that work in it, have been and continue to provide Great Service! Hands down, when it comes to helping me make the choices that best fit my needs as a former smoker of 30 years, these guys have the answers to a safer alternative. I have been twice with a tank leaking and they not only fixed the problem, but during one of the visits, they replaced the coil at no charge. They have always been able to provide value suggestions that I have been glad to move on. I have been to the other Avail stores in the area, but this one stands alone when it comes to customer satisfaction guaranteed.. I will continue to recommend this location to others now and in the future. Thanks, Sincerely Steve

Wonderful service and great stock! The coils I needed were sold out at all other locations but thankfully I found them there and they replaced mine for me as well.

Very neat place. The atmosphere is almost futuristic. The prices are understanding and have friendly staff! Lots of flavors and good rigs. Also located at nice accessible spot. Clean and cool! Props.

Over priced, very very overpriced. I was looking for a single bottle of my favorite juice, and they wanted $28.00 for it (a juice you can get online for $12. Needless to say it was the last time I visited this store.

This store is super friendly, great people they shoe that they really care. Hannah and brandie were definitely great and I recommend this store to anyone. Cheaper prices than majority of the other vape shops.
