Puff's on 3700 E Douglas Ave

My first of many visits to Puffs today. I had a great experience the owner Mike was very welcoming and friendly. I work in customer service and Puffs is doing it right. Walking in the door I had an instant sense that I was in good hands. The vapor menu was very clear and easy to read awesome variety of flavors to start with. Then when Mike told me I could tweak the recipes to my tastebuds I was hooked. The prices are perfect close to what I was getting online and without the wait. Mike even took time out to let me text my wife to double check her order and spoke with my boys. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a choice. Mike took time to make personal recommendations for us as well. I will gladly spend the few extra dollars to have that awesome personal experience. Mike you have gained a loyal customer for life. Keep up the good work.

Most enjoyable vape store to be in, the guys make you feel at home. Professional, but at the same time making sure you're comfortable. Its a nice change to walk into a mature environment. Never had a bad product from them, whether e-juice or a device, and they have a large selection to keep you interested and coming back. Their prices are the best you'll find in town and their flavor selection is amazing, I'm hooked on Rainbow Road personally. Rock on guys! 🤘🤘

I use to Love puffs when it was back in it's original place. Good deals and rewards. Now that they moved they took away two for one Tuesdays but they "say" they lowered all prices but I just payed $40 bucks for two 120 ml but before it was 20 something for two when they had rewards. They also just have a little punch card. At the old puffs you got more rewards and more for your money. It seems like they've become like most of the other big chains. We have been going to the puffs for a long time. But after today we will be finding a different place.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Wide variety of generic flavors. Dozens of house blended juice as well. If you like fruity flavors, try "Rainbow Road" and "Harley Quinn".

They all are very knowledgeable of their products they are right there to help you through all the steps all the questions the prices are wonderful and I recommend everybody that I can to go there they are excellent a lot better than the other stores around and I have never had any problem with them they helped me to the to the total Max today was wonderful they really stepped up and helped me very good gentleman that work there and very good product thank you very much.
