Staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I go there and no where else for all my vaping needs. Hundreds of e-juice flavors that you can mix in to thousands; if not 100s of thousands of combinations! They have something for everyone; Novice to experienced cloud chasers!

The staff here is nice, they have good people. But the owners decision to charge $104 for a 50ml bottle of flavoring is a very poor one. Any other shop in town charges less than $20 for a bigger 60ml sized bottle of the same thing, a 500% increase in price is ridiculous. I liked Big E's more when money wasn't the first priority, I advise you take you're business elsewhere.

I have been a customer since the 1st shop opened and I always loved going there being greeted with a smile and people knowing you by name the juice was affordable and they had sales and punch cards to give you an incentive as a customer to keep coming back. Fast forward 2018 Staff is constantly changing as well as the quality of the juice that is being made the friendly faces are gone and replaced with people who look down at the counter when you come in and don't speak to you unless you ask a question the sales are all but gone and the punch card has been replace with some computer point system that to this day has been explained to me in several different ways no one seems to know how it exactly works. Come on Big E's I am so happy that your stores are growing and it's because of people like me and the many other OG's who love your store but there is not much reason to stick around when the prices have sky rocketed and I can get a better price online with a 20% coupon delivered to my door and not have to deal with some young kids that are not happy to be at work.

I used to love this 5-star joint and the guys working were great (see the OG's photos in the old shop from years gone by). The place is still nice, the workers can be helpful, but it's not how I remember even a year ago. Some of the employees stare at the counter while you're talking with them and can seem disinterested... a little weird to say the least, and not a good look for a brick and mortar establishment. Prices are high, not much to be worth an in-store visit. The mixers are awesome people, knowledgeable folks with good recommendations, and the vape juice is some of the best I've had, +3 stars for you guys!

It's a fairly friendly establishment, but I got the impression from certain folks there that they were know-it-alls and tried to convince you that they were the better that their competitors. Actually I was not too impressed with their juices but at the time I was in a hurry. But I guess it just boils down to your own taste and what you choose. As for there juice they do have a large selection to choose from. They didn't have a sample or tasting area to try the different flavors though, and that kind of was a turn off cause you didn't know what you were getting was what you wanted or not. You fill out a piece of paper from a list of what you want and hope is taste what it says it is and how you want with the different vg they offer. Of course I'm referring to the house juice. But if it's what you want then is your choice of how you perceive it all.

I went to this shop with a friend who was looking for a new coil and juice. Personally I don’t use “home liquid” but the juice isn’t the reason I’m making this review. When he purchased the coil he had them replace it because he has had trouble with putting their coils in, they couldnt get it on and blamed his tank saying it had “bad threads” they then tried talking him into buying a new coil which bothered him so we left. Upon further examination in the car I noticed it wasn’t the right coil it was in fact to small, when I went back into the store and mentioned this to the employee not only did they get upset that I had told them this but got agressive about how I was wrong and refused to refund the useless coil. We ended up going to another shop and explained the issue they gave us a different coil which actually fit. I won’t use the other shops name because this isn’t an add, this is a cautionary tale some shops are simply out to make a quick buck.

They are incredible at the 31st St store. My husband and I smashed our cigarettes, got the vape pen that you get for $7 when you do so, and a free bottle of juice a month ago. Haven't touched a regular cigarette since. They are all super helpful and made the process as painless as possible. Go see them! Change your life!

Great flavor selection, great products, Nice people, and they are very fast, never have to spend more that 10 minutes here. They handled the way they operate during Covid well with curbside pickup.

Whoever is handling inventory at this place needs to be let go. Every single time I go in to get the Caliburn pods I need, they are out of stock and “have them on order but haven’t received them yet.” This is the response every single Wichita location gave me, and it has happened the last three times I’ve gone in. The other response I got was “Your best bet is ordering online.....” ok I guess I never need to come into your store again. It’s basic supply and demand.... the more demand you have for a product, the bigger supply you’ll need to keep on hand. I think it’s time to find a different shop.

My compliments to the juice master! Very delicious juice, no steeping needed. Polite and attentive staff, clean store, feels like home. 10/10 would recommend 01/23/20 update Incredibly helpful staff! They didn't have the tank I wanted in stock, so they called around to find it for me. Definitely earned my business!

I recently spent a $100 dollars on a new vape mod , that worked for one day brought it back with receipt and they wouldn't do anything to help , shady freaking store and way to assist new customers. I will take my business elsewhere and recommend anyone I come across in my sales environment to do so as well.
