I've been coming to this shop for about 10 months. After today I won't come back. There are new staff in side, and when they were doing curb sides this guy seriously told me he wasn't going to sell me my juice because I had my child in the vehicle with me. And today I was turned away because the last name on my ID does not match my credit card. I've been in here 1000 times and used the cards and ID over and over. I just got off work and now I have to drive across town to get the juice I need. I will not come back here and I suggest to anyone that values customer service to not come here again. There are plenty of other vape shops that's would rather take your business and will treat you the way you should be after giving a company thousands of dollars.

my fiance and I have been coming to this shop for 6 months now, ever since we quit smoking cigarettes (hallelujah). the employees are knowledgeable and weren't annoyed by all of my questions. I told them what I needed and they provided a few reccomendations. this is my second vape (upgrade) and it is great. the quality of vape juice is also top notch. my fiance and I have ordered juice online before and the difference of quality was clear as day. the guy in the back that mixes the juice is always super nice and knowledgable as well. I usually ask what he reccomends and he will customize a mix for me. overall, great customer service and staff. we have since moved to the other side of town but always make the 20 minute drive to this shop to get our juice and accessories!!!
