I wish you could leave zero stars. I have had my smok alien less than 7 months and it just stop working. I took it in and the employee tested the batteries. One was bad so he sold me a used battery for 5 dollars which is basically the cost of a brand new battery. I brought it home and charged the batteries. I used it twice and that’s it. The next day my unit didn’t work at all. The batteries were still fully charged. So, now I paid about 170.00 and no way to vape. What a rip off.
