Purchased a 5 pack of coils yesterday. Opened one and it turns out it was the wrong size, despite being assured by the teller it was the correct size. Went back in today to exchange them and was told that they don’t do that. I understand store policy but when the cashier sells the wrong product and 4 of the 5 coils are still sealed in packaging it’s just bad business not to correct the mistake. Now I’m out 30 bucks and have coils that won’t fit any tank I have. Will not be spending anymore money at this vape shop as there are plenty more with better customer service policy.
