Went in to get new batteries for my mod Lady behind counter acted like I wasn't in the store 10 minutes later I ask her if she has the batteries for my mod She comes back, doesn't show me the batteries and proceeds to ring me out. I get home swap the batteries and find out that they are bad and she didn't give me a receipt. Some serious hustle right there. Needless to say, I'll never fo into another Urban Vape again. There are so many Vape store these days, why settle for bad service and faulty over priced product.

I come to urban vapor frequently and I have to say the new lady working there(I think her name is Krista)is on point. I was wanting to switch it up and try something different and told her this and within seconds she had 4 or 5 different juices out for me to look at... She nailed my flavor profile after asking me just a couple of quick questions... I ended up leaving with 3 bottles! Thanks girl... See ya next week!!!!
