Great friendly people and reasonable prices. I love coming to this vape shop and testing flavors here. They have good variety of flavors and some amazing home juices, my favorite being Alien Throat Punch. The staff definitely know what they are doing.

Helpful and knowledgeable is the staff, and open to conversation. Its nice to know that I'm not just a number when waking through the door. They set me up with a mod that has external batteries and explained what the benefits were.

Great shop, honest business, friendly staff, exemplary customer service. Thanks downtown vapes. My only complaint stemmed from an untrained employee named gary but the business bent policy to rectify the situation in my case to compensate. I left a satisfied customer. Will definitely return in the future. Psst Ashley should get a raise for her above and beyond efforts on the customers behalf!
