Helpful, informative, and understanding! Answered all of my questions, brought to my attention things I wouldn't have thought to inquire about, and even offered to mail my liquid to me if I was unable to get down to the store for any reason. Superior knowledge & customer service!

*This review is based on previous experience and education from my last kit, purchased from another local company* I called the shop to price out their equipment in comparison to competitors. Both owners were kind, sympathetic, educational, and supportive. Liquid is all organic with no sugar, which I really liked a lot. They have everything you need no matter your budget. (I had previously bought a kit from another company in Sarasota. I liked the interchangeable liquid cartridge tips from my old kit, I miss that little perk. They made it really easy to change from flavor to flavor depending on your taste/mood, and were really affordable for a baggie of tips.) City Vapor is close in price, but would like to see a little bigger difference to drive more business through their doors. I'd like the interchangeable liquid chambers to be offered at a discount when you buy a kit, more education on the equipment being purchased, and how to keep it in good shape for longevity. (Perhaps a manual, and something to store your equipment in, like I had before in my last kit, that was really useful, and I never lost my e-cig) I love to support locally owned businesses versus corporations. Give them a call, stop in, and check out their merchandise. I was pleased with my experience, and will return and recommend them to others in the future. I do believe they have a referral rewards program of some sort, like other places in town (discount and free juice), but I am not positive as to what they offer. I will update when I find out.

maybe i would try this place out if u were open at night or Sunday's! Nicotine needs to be available for people to smoke it!
