I'm so glad I "stumbled" upon City of Vapors! :) I'm new to the area and have been to plenty of past experience with vape shops. I've worked for years in the service industry and don't give out compliments about customer service unless they're deserved (this is my first google review). City of Vapors has EXCELLENT customer service! They're very friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to listen to their customers! I'd like to recognize the exceptional customer service I've been provided by Jeff. From our first interaction, it was obvious what an asset he is to City of Vapors! Y'ALL ARE WONDERFUL. Amazing store!!! layout and products were perfect.. specially with the salt based products.. crumbleberry salts is hands down one of the best salt based juices out.. thanks again.. will be back!!!!!!!!

I visited this Lockwood location for the first time on July 4th 2018. I was taken care of by wallace. He was quite knowledgeable about everything and was extremely professional with just the right amount of friendliness. He made a return customer out of me and sold me a product that I am very happy with!!
