Some of the employees have no knowledge about products. The owner even said kratom and kava are the same thing. They aren't even related!

Awesome Shop ...All of your smoking needs in one place at reasonable prices. I was really surprised at the prices so I left with a few more items then expected . Very Honest Shop I left my debit card . They called me at home and came and got it. Trusted Forever !Highy Recommended . The parking is tight but in front of the store's you should find some.

Worst , most unfavorable place to purchase products regarding vape. This place has the most rude employees I have encountered anywhere. There’s 20 more shops on Ridge Road and this is one to avoid

Go to Molten Art right down the street!!!! Seriously... or smokin pipes Holiday. This place is no good! If you’re interested in this level of quality browse alibaba instead. The staff pretends to be knowlegable, but if you actually know you’re stuff you realize it’s just BS. Save yourself some time and money. Edit- I have not been been to the lounge so the above review is about the hookah sensations shop. I cannot share my opinion of the lounge as I have never attended.

The staff here is great .. but.. I have purchased three (cheap) glass pieces in the last three weeks..I know they are cheap but zero uses is a little ridiculous.... two of them were broken before I ever used them.. the glass was so thin it sounded like paper.. I’m returning this last one tonight so we will see what’s up .. also I wanted to buy a quality lighter.. seeing as how it’s a smoke shop you would think they could accommodate that request .. none of the (cheap) lighters would even light... none were quality... staff was nice enough and I know it’s hard to keep quality merchandise and still keep prices down but......

Pretty damn annoying when you rush to get to the since it is closing just to arrive and they close 10mis early! If you close at 10 that means 10!!! Not 9:50! Change your hours or honor your word!

Horrible just horrible, they are way over priced, the store is too small, dirty & usually low on supplies- you can have it ordered, but good luck if they even call you back. The owner is NEVER there, don't waste your time, want a better and bigger selection smoke shop- GO TO FLYZONE on Little Road next to Winn Dixie.

to everyone who has said bad reviews about this shop in case you keep checking in or whatever all the prices of everything have been lowered we are now a new smoke shop we are hookah sensations now not gorgies anymore stop in and check us out we have way more pipe and accessories and alot more to choose from and the old lady that was running the store before is gone and so are her out of this world ridiculously overpriced prices so please stop by and give us a new chance you won't be disappointed and we don't rip you off like she did we believe in lower prices happier customer and you're 100% satisfaction guaranteed we are very knowledgeable and aways happy to help with a smile and a warm welcome do stop by today and you won't be disappointed
