Terrible customer service. Sold me a defective box mod (rogue 100) and would not exchange or refund since it didnt work only sometimes even though it wasn't working when I brought it in twice. If I have a 30 day warrantee they should honor it . They have lost my business and the business of the many vaping friends I have .Oh and if you have a dripper they look down on you. There are plenty of other stores around, avoid this one .

Staff and Management are novice at best.every word was a sales pitch.when i asked simple questions they seamed stumped.i was hoping this place was different from the rest,but regrettably NOT.not a single Vape shop around with any expertise.
