Genie and Forrest are the dynamic duo of knowledge and customer service. I work in a shop myself, and if my shop doesn’t have it, I stop by to visit Genie’s shop. I’m always met with respect and I always leave having had a great experience. Genie is one of the greats in the industry inside Pensacola.

Always a pleasure talking to Forest. He is very knowledgeable and funny. Has no problem taking the time to speak with you and explain things. We don't go anywhere else for our vaping needs. Great selection and decent prices. Only 3 stars because I've bought some not so pleasant tasting juice from here. Customer service is great though and we will continue to return.

I recently quit smoking and switched to using a juul. I decided I wanted something a little better but still simple, but I really had no idea what I wanted. I went into Vaping Genie with no knowledge of vaping and the guy was so nice, helped me pick the perfect device for me, helped me choose the perfect juice, educated me a little bit on vaping and juices, and he even walked me through putting it together. It was an awesome experience and I will be back!

I'm a total vaping newbie and received a mod from a friend after helping them moved and it didn't work properly so I took it up here to have them take a look at it and they had me up and running in no time. Also showed me the ins and outs of my mod, how to service and take care of it and even got some juice that smells like cinnamon toast crunch. I thought vaping was just a gimmick for muscle bros, and people with "hoonigan" stickers on their cars but now I can say I've been co converted. Couldn't ask for more and the prices were very reasonable for the amount of juice and the new coil I got. This will be the only place I come to for my vaping needs.

This is the ONLY vape shop I visit while in Pensacola. And it's far better than any vape shop here where I live(Tulsa, OK). Oh, how I dream of Vaping Genie's all over the U.S.! If you've not stopped by yet - do it. Staff that truly cares and will go above and beyond, superb product selection, and yummy juice flavors. Also such a neat vibe/style of the shop too!!!! Love Vaping Genie!!!! Only complaint is that there is only one Vaping Genie.
