As I'm on my way to Cloud City, I figure now is a great time for a review. I drive to Pensacola almost weekly just to see Melissa. She always keeps up with the latest information about her products and is ready and willing to answer any and all questions. I highly recommend Cloud City because of their knowledgeable and friendly staff and wide selection of mods, tanks, and accessories. Not to mention their juice selection is on point. If you haven't been here, you should definitely check it out.

This is more than a store. This place has the nicest people to buy from, talk to and just hang out with after a long day. I've been to other shops but no other compares to Cloud City!! ***UPDATE*** I found a much better place with nicer people and literally 1/3 the price for ALL vape needs. Last time I went to Cloud city, everything had changed and not for the better. I was both surprised and saddened by the major price hike and new staff, uninterested in my being there at all. Sad. I will never go back. I'm not even going to offer a picture..yes that bad. Good luck Cloud citu..hope you go back to being enjoyable :-\

We've been going to cloud city for a while now (a week or two after opening). The store has grown and the customer service is great. The staff is very knowledgeable and will always help you with any questions you may have.
