Had a small hiccup while purchasing where the card reader went down for 30 minutes. The guy at the register however, was very apologetic and helpful, got on the phone with the owner and helped me complete my transaction. All in all great customer service, friendly staff, and fair priced, quality products. Definitely recommend.

I do enjoy the ease of purchasing, vast quality selection and the knowledge of esmokers employees. I only have one concern. The store has a points program for your purchases but ONLY if you purchase in-store and not online. I did not know this and recently I have been making all my purchases online exclusively (thanks to the global pandemic). I inquired about bringing my online purchase receipts in-store so they could hopefully transfer the points but unfortunately I was told there's no way of doing that. I wouldn't have hesitated to give them 5 stars if it wasn't for this hiccup. Disappointing.
