This place is great. They have a pretty nice selection and gave me lots of options. Shawn and Isaac helped me last and they were super helpful and really personable. I didn’t really know much about the product I was buying so they moved me in the right direction and got me what I needed. Definitely recommend

He has helped me on numerous occasions find the perfect products, and he always makes sure I walk out satisfied with my purchase with a smile on my face. Thank you Gabe and thank you Climax. Honestly this place should be 5 stars they have great people working there, good products and good customer loyalty program. They always have what I need and I have been going there almost everyday for the last 5 months. I dropped it to 3 stars due to a recent awful experience. I purchased a $140 Smok Vape last month and it randomly stopped working so I brought it in since they told me it had a warranty when I purchased. Well the employee when trying to fix or find the issue ended up opening the mod and accidentally severing the connection wires now rendering my mod useless. I didn’t get any info or help on how to actually file a warranty claim and now I suppose it is void since the employee opened it up. I am so upset I have spent thousands there I am a loyal customer and on a product I just bought that they screwed up even more they just basically said good luck buy a new one. I am not asking for a brand new free device I just would appreciate if the shop would try to help me or work with me since I just bought it there. They shouldn’t have employees working on devices they aren’t qualified or supposed to work on and they should offer help for recent purchases to file a warranty claim. These are expensive devices and not everyone can afford a new one every month. I don’t know if I can bring myself to ever give them my business again

This is a great smoke shop. Best selection in all of orlando. Nothing but quality product and a great staff. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They even have an online site with their product if you just want to order it from home and have it shipped. Great place.
