Years ago the employees were helpful and kind. Currently: 1) manager needs to take a customer service course, big time!! 2) owner is nice but doesn't back his products or his warranty... Especially under the circumstances he could definitely be more honorable. 3) they sell knock offs 4) you shouldn't work at ANY vape store while pregnant.... I mean SERIOUSLY!!!! I'd rather order from China directly and save money or drive 10 miles down the road to another vape store then walk over to this place ever again. Terrible experiences, horrible products!!! Beware!

I can't rave enough about this store. The knowledgeable staff are friendly and so helpful. The prices are great. I've been going to them for over and year now and there products are wonderful.

Terrible customer service! I purchased a $30 bottle of juice, got it home and the cap was defective....it fell off and lost the entire bottle of juice. Called the store and they were not only unhelpful, but borderline rude. I called back 3 times asking to speak to the manager or owner and they said he was not available to speak with customers but they would talk to him and have him contact me. He NEVER called. I will never return to this store again.

My favorite vape store. Even though it's out of the way I travel for their clean and genuine products. Others I have been to in the Naples area do not impress me. I enjoy their good quality vaping products and they have a positive environment and staff.
