I've been coming here for at least the last 5 years. I love the selection and convenience but it's the customer service that keeps me coming back. Nick has gone above and beyond to make things right if anything ever goes wrong and I am always greeted like they are glad to see me. I love this place.

Was just in the Naples location and purchased a new geekvape. Was greeted by Jackie upon entering the store and had a wonderful experience. I am a long time vapor and couldn't be happier with my new device and the service that she provided. Store had a wonderful he'll and it was a great experience I am now a new customer of Naples vapor and I'm so happy I stopped in there thanks so much Jackie!

Very pleased with the service received today. The store representative was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. In addition, I'm a big online shopper and their pricing was of course higher than online retailers but after shipping time and cost it was worth the few extra dollars. In addition to that, they have an awesome loyalty program that gives you a $5 coupon after 5 transactions in the store. I will definitely be going back when I need more service or supplies!
