I've been a long time customer with the establishment. I quit smoking before having brain surgery and depended on iconic Vape to help me quit. At the beginning of 2018 an employee gave me cards to put my name on the back, hand them out and I'd receive a $5 discount for each new customer. After giving out 75 cards I thought something must be wrong. I took a friend to the store with the card, they made a purchase and they were a new customer. A few days later I went in for eliquid and requested to use my discounts. I did not receive sent discount ever. I'm disappointed Ty. I hope you've read this since your comment was so very rude. Check out Yelp, I left the same review, Ty. I WAS a loyal customer.

I went there yesterday and was there about 45 minutes. The employee Ryan helped me step by step to get my 2 year old Vape going. He showed me everything I needed and showed me how to put in the coil, fill it, and change the settings on it. He was excellent. Than you Ryan for a great experience.
