Always friendly staff and a clean facility! They were very informative of what i was purchasing and how to use my vape! I will continue to shop at this location! I would send anyone to them who is look to stop smoking or if they just interested! Best prices around as well!

This was the first place I ever bought a ecig. I spent over $200 there on my birthday in 12/17. Actually$300. With batteries , charger and juice. It was a 300w eleaf. It lasted 5 months. They had a 200 watt box on sale. On the suggestion of Sabrina , I bought 3 new matching batteries to recharge with my new 200w. It is an rxgen3. It lasted one month. I took it back and Markus replaced it at no charge. That one lasted a month. I took it back and Markus suggested I stop buying the$35 box and switch to a $80 one. He never offered any credit at all. This is the end of my doing business at ICONIC. I found what seems to be a more ethical and higher quality shop1/4 of a mile south on Florida Ave. I have at least learned the difference between good and bad products. Also good and bad service in these kinds of shops. Thank you for lessons learned , ICONIC. I would not recommend them at all. I spent quite a bit of money there , but that's over. BYE!👋
