i would love to give a higher rating but here i am 12 days after placing an order and it still hasn't shipped or been processed. this is the longest amount of time from any seller i have dealt with in getting my product. i have tried to contact seller through online form and no response. this was a first run test order but i can tell you i will probably not be back.

Back to 5🌟... Excellent service upon return.... UPDATE: I needed more supplies and found new products... I inquired and staff helped and genuinely were concerned with finding answers to questions they did not have the answers to.

They love to charge you for stuff they don’t have and tell you they will send it when it comes in. Well it’s been a few months now. Also there prices are expensive and they don’t continue to carry what they sell

The prices are amazing as well as the inventory. However, there are a few things that could really be improved. First off, their website inventory is not kept up to date. Both of the orders I've placed online have had missing items that get refunded to shipping costs. That moves to my second criticism. They don't estimate shipping and it can be quite pricey. I think the wholesale prices make up for the shipping costs, but it'd be great if they could upgrade their website to have a shipping calculator which should be possible if their inventory includes product weights. Also, the shipping costs should be added to the order at the very least. I shouldn't have to check my bank statement. My last criticism is their customer service. I've reached out since my last order asking if the items I want to order are in stock (this information will affect my order, I don't just want it refunded or put towards shipping costs). I messaged five days ago and haven't heard back. Overall, if their website customer service and basic functionality improves, I would use them as my main vendor. I want to be excited about them but, the lack of customer service is a big repellent to me.

Simply excellent !!! I was very well received by Jonathan who made me go around the facilities, then I was attended by Martin who also advised me and accompanied me throughout my trip, also, he invited me to have an "empanada argentina". I want to congratulate him publicly, Matias is an excellent seller and person. Thank you very much for receiving me at home, we will do several business together. Excellent prices !!!
