Hey guys real quick to let you know this is one of the best stores that I have been too and have bought from. As far as quality and return policies some of the most honest and straightforward guys you'll find work in this industry. Bought a directional carbon cap from them today. And was one of the best quality directional carbon caps that I bought for $20. Great quality excellent craftsmanship and guaranteed to be strong glass. I bought one from another store near the area. Was not happy with the quality and paid the same price for what I think was a knock off of a very popular name brand within the industry. So if you're looking for honest and straightforward customer service carbon glass is what I consider quality and educated customer service.

This place is amazing. I walked in half an hour before closing and was given complete attention by Jason. They have the best products and a wide selection. I bought a water pipe, grinder and a steamroller from them and they work great! Oh, They also hooked me up with 2 free lighters!!! By far the best smoke shop in The area.
