Great shop great location great service. Terrence was very helpful. Didn't try over sell help me get what I wanted and needed. Unlike other shops pressuring to buy what you don't need they just sell what you need and ask for. Highly highly highly recommend Vape Crazy

Terrance was awesome, Came in to just look around. Instead came out full of knowledge on vaping(bought a vape), juices, Aftercare and reordering. However this was not done in a typical salesman way. This was done like a friend giving advice and leaving me to decide. No pressure or hassle when in store. I didn't feel force to buy a thing, more purchased from Vapin Crazy due to customer experience. I highly recommend this store and company based on Terrance alone. If he's anything to go by great example of customer service. I have let people know from England know about your store and will be purchasing soon and when I return to Clermont I will buy again.. All the best keep it up. 😎

Amazing shop! As someone who had never vaped I was clueless walking in. After explaining to the owner that I wanted to try vaping CBD oil he walked me through everything! From helping me find a vape that fit my needs and budget to letting me try multiple juices. It was such a great experience and I learned so much, I walked out of the shop confident with what I was doing and my purchase. The owner even walked me through setting up my vape and changing out the coils. I cannot wait to go back to this shop for more juices, their selection is huge!!
