Terrible experience at this store. My gf just bought me a hookah set and we got home added water to the base and the base cracked into pieces. The base was brand new never used and it just cracked and broke like that?! We contacted the store representative and although they are great salespeople they sure don’t know how to handle this issue. Pretty much we got dealt with a defective item and they are not willing to do anything. If your gut feeling is telling you not to go inside this store you better listen to it. This hole in the wall deserve none of your hard earned money.
