Was recommended to come here by a co-worker after trying the juice he had on him called Smurf. Stopped in and was surprised by the look of the place, chill, relaxed, comfortable. Walked straight to the counter and was greeted by an awesome dude who helped me out. I'm definitely a newbie to vaping as I'm trying to quit smoking, he went down the rows taking his time to explain all of the juices and their flavor without skipping a beat and putting everything into a language I could understand (cause I'm definitely new to this). Decided on 2, Smurf and Donkey and can't wait to try em out, would highly recommend this place to beginners and experienced. The place was clean, staffed well, and had what seemed like an endless supply of juices and mods!

Their carding policy is ridiculous there have been a few occasions where I have forgotten my ID they're more strict than a liquor store with IDS. I don't even get carded at liquor stores. This would not irritate me to get carded, but most of the staff knows me as I was a regular customer for 3 years. The same staff over the 3 years has seen my ID over probably 500 times over a 3 year period. Their response the few times I've forgotten my ID is sorry cant sell you're gonna have to go get your ID. Um no thanks I'm not driving the 15 miles back to my house, 15 miles back to the store then 15 miles back home. When the associate knows me and is acting all buddy buddy with me and has seen my ID on numerous occasions and declines the sale and knows my age that to me is just asinine. Update: Thanks for the clarification I can understand the reasoning now it makes perfect sense from a business perspective, now that you explained it in detail. I appreciate the response never met any ill intent towards Vapergate as I'm a huge supporter of what you guys do. I've changed my rating to five stars.

This place is AMAZING! I walked in & was shocked, I’ve never seen a vape shop like this before. Staff is extremely friendly, and the environment is chill and comfortable. There are arcade games to play for free, a huge cute fish tank, free coffee. Definitely my new hang out spot!
