I bought one of these $30 Victor torch lighters from these guys to whom which I have been a loyal customer at all of these locations. It came with a lifetime warranty, ...the thing is junk. it just is a bad design. I think that the future business a loyal and always satisfied customer would be worth more to them then $30 it would cost to exchange my lighter... Not to mention the girl I spoke with was so stoned all I got were barely decipherable mumbles.... Super professional.

Two stars are for the selection. High prices! Paranoid staff. Pretty much the same as anywhere these days. May I suggest the Asian 99 cents markets for a comparable variety of smoke supplies at this-century prices and not so much high-pressure 'service' from the moment you walk through the entrance.

Today, I was shopping for a gift. After reviewing your website, I found an item for $39.95. This isn't a sale item, that's the regular price. I come into this location, locate said item...but what's this? $55? Well, that's not right. So as I bring it to the attention of the employee helping me, he says "That was for Black Friday." Which I try to explain that it's advertised for that amount, and not part of the sale, besides..small business Saturday, right? He offers me 15% discount. I decline, because turns out I can buy it from your website and have it shipped across the street for less then that discount....sad. So that being the case, I figured I'd look on a competitors site for a similar product before I give your business my money. Yeah, so my advise and opinion is don't waste your time at this location. This is like the 4th time I've been in, and the staff isn't very helpful or willing to at bare minimum keep pricing consistent. Maybe each store sets it's own prices, but I figure for certain items (like the one I was trying to purchase) that I can go into any one of your stores and get it for the price advertised on your website. Apparently not, and the "Do whatever ya want, man. See ya!" After suggesting I would just buy it from their website...real professional. If you need papers, I guess they are fine.

This place is not great, priced, this place is very highly priced. I would never buy anything here. Go to bomb head shop, where they have very unique glass, priced in the lowest range.
