I've been a reoccurring customer at this shop for years and all the staff are great. But, there is one staff member who goes above and beyond. At first I would never get a chance to meet the guy when I would shop here. I would only always hear about him from my roommate (who would shop there at different times) telling me about how amazing of an employee this guy was. My roommate would constantly praise you and I finally got to see why. Incredible customer service, friendly and professional. All I can say to management is give that man a hefty raise. Thank you PHOENIX at simatech!

I was at this shop tonight and the service was great! I am new to vaping and quit smoking cigarettes 1 month ago. I would recommend this shop. Very knowledgeable and super helpful!

Organized. Carry all the major brands. Helpful staff. Place is run like a business which is hard to say for most vape stores who constantly are out of major products and inventory is always low.
