Did not appriciate the way I was asked to wait outside. Your two customers were not 6ft apart they were standing shoulder to shoulder if were gonna be setting rules. My names not in the system because I chose to leave. I'll try again when the pandemic is over.

Penguin Vapor Shop on 109-1790 Island Hwy

Got to wait a solid 15mins for the employee to acknowledge me, when helping the slowest customer of all time. Told him what I needed and sold me the wrong thing. Went back and didn't even know how to refund me, or anything about my vape at all. Said he has never seen anything like it. A standard ccell cart? Really? Wow. If you want any sort of knowledge, I'd go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

For my first time here in Victoria I do have to say this is one of the best experiences I've had so far with any vape shop. Really good selection of juices which cover's any type of juice you're into! super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming man working the counter today which made the experience even better! Keep up the great work!!!
